How to reset lost internet connection. Have a yellow pulsating light, on battery box.
We do have a green light on internet modem. Working properly.

When a Sonnen unit loses internet, it will normally reset its connection the following morning. If you are trying to access the unit sooner than that you have to physically turn the sonnen off and back on with all ethernet cables plugged in. Sonnen has mentioned that the newer software updates are going to address the slow reconnect times of the internet and hopefully make this a much quicker process without needing to reboot your unit.
What does the light look like when it is working properly?
Hello Peter, assuming you have an Eco or Eco Linx Sonnen product which is what this blog is based on. If the grid is up the eclipse should be pulsing white. If the grid is down and you are running on back up power from your Sonnen system the eclipse would be pulsing green. Hope that helps.
